Leadership Development, Coaching and Facilitation

Michaela holds a BA degree is Psychology (UFH), BA Honour’s Degree in Psychology (UNISA) and a Master of Management Degree specializing in Business Executive Coaching (Wits), with over 100 hours of leadership coaching. She is passionate about establishing meaningful networks in business, developing people using self-awareness facilitation, and helping leaders/students realise their full potential. She has 12 years leadership development experience both in higher education and corporate sectors. Michaela believes that coaching is a powerful tool to impact change at individual, organisation, and community level.

Michaela delivered customised executive education programmes for Wits Business School. She then joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager in the executive education wing, called Alchemy by Deloitte. She eventually moved into the Head of Learning role for Deloitte Africa, before returning to Wits Business School last year, leading the Quality Assurance role at Wits Business School’s Executive Education.
