I'm Mauro Machado, a Capricorn from Mozambique who has lived in Viçosa, Minas Gerais, Brazil, for over a decade. I'm the eldest son of Maria and Gabriel Machado, married to Mayara and perhaps surprisingly to many, I used to be a singer.

I consider myself a Digital Enthusiast with an emphasis on Technology, holding two degrees and a post-graduate qualification in the area. My professional career on the internet began in 2008, and in 2016, I started my entrepreneurial journey with Pilmoza, an events platform and digital marketing agency.

In 2020, I transformed Pilmoza into a Digital Solutions Company, at which point I began to acquire business maturity. Since then, with 5 business units (Consultancy, Education, Agency, Technology and Business) to provide complete support in hybrid growth (online and offline) through strategies that provide business efficiency in the short, medium and long term.

This success is the result of intense studies into traditional and digital businesses, facing risks and tests on an unusual journey with less than 10,000 followers on all my digital channels to show that you don't have to expose yourself or be a celebrity to grow online.

I firmly believe that in both the online and offline world, quality trumps quantity. My approach is based on CLARITY, always seeking to ensure that everyone around me understands the process, because I understand that this is 80% of the way. The other 20% involves implementation through the five digital methods I've developed, the result of my constant search for answers and my ability to filter out essential information amid the glut of information available on the internet.

I have already contributed to entrepreneurship programmes such as iCreate at Standard Bank Mozambique, MaZza at Believer and iNovaTech in Nova Lima, Belo Horizonte, Brazil, impacting more than 100 business people and entrepreneurs with my knowledge and experience in the digital world for business.

This whole journey has only been possible thanks to God in the first place, and secondly to the three people mentioned at the beginning: my wife and my parents, to whom I dedicate my immense gratitude for giving me strength every day, my clients who challenge me and teach me through their businesses, my partners who support me with their services and experience, and other people who support me directly or indirectly.
