Cristina Maldonado is an International Consultant on Organizational and Leadership Development. She has a degree in Marketing Management & Communication, a specialization in Organizational Behavior and a Masters degree in Business and Executive Coaching from European Coaching Association and a qualified Master Facilitator in the areas of Organizational Development, Leadership and Personal Development for over 20 years. She is also a tutor and mentor for Professional Education of renowned international Universities as the MIT - Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA).

Cristina has been developing her work on Organizational, Leadership and Personal development, building constructive cultures oriented to people. Her social responsibility is mainly focused on preparing young people for the future, promoting Diversity and Inclusion, Women Empowerment for Leadership and gender equity within organizations.

She was based in Mozambique for 9 years and worked in several countries, including Angola, South Africa, Swaziland, experiencing different realities (Africa vs Europe) and learning real stories of real people.
